Silver Palm winemaker Melissa Bates sources small lots of grapes from outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards in California’s leading North Coast wine regions. Using cutting-edge and traditional artisan winemaking techniques, such as warm fermentations in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, extended maceration of the skins and juice to soften tannins, and long-term aging in French and American oak barrels, Melissa meticulously fashions this superb fruit into a delicious red wine.
